Meet The Founders
United by a deep-rooted passion for holistic, evidence-informed care, Dr. Katherine Hom, Board-Certified OB/GYN and Women's Integrative Medicine Expert, Savannah Miller, Registered Dietitian (RD) and Women's Health Nurse, and Brooke Orloff, Certified Postpartum Doula and Lactation Counselor, bring together a powerful blend of expertise in women's health, integrative medicine, and whole-body wellness. Their unique paths converge around one shared mission: to redefine the support women and families receive through the postpartum period and beyond.

Katherine Hom
MD, FACOG
Dr. Katherine Hom is a board-certified OB/GYN with a medical degree from UC Irvine, residency at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and certification in Women's Functional and Integrative Medicine. She strives to be the bridge in women's health intersecting a holistic approach with modern, evidence-informed medicine. As an integrative OB/GYN, she empowers women to make the best healthcare decisions for themselves by offering integrative interventions such as lifestyle, nutritional, mind-body, botanical as well as pharmaceutical and surgical options. She enjoys collaborating with a multidisciplinary team so women can feel the most supported especially in transitional times like postpartum.

Savannah Miller
Registered Nurse (BSN), Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (BS)
Savannah "Coach Sav" Miller earned her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from San Diego State University, where she competed as a Division I athlete and became deeply immersed in the health and wellness world. After graduating, she coached at the collegiate level, further honing her skills in guiding others. Fueled by her athletic and coaching experience, she pursued and obtained her Registered Dietitian (RD) credential, later launching her own private practice to counsel individuals on improving their health through diet and lifestyle changes. Passionate about healthcare, she continued her education, earning a Bachelor's in Nursing and becoming a registered nurse currently specializing in women's health. Today, she works as a private practice Dietitian and Nurse at an all-women's hospital, driven by her commitment to supporting women's well-being. Coach Sav combines her athletic and coaching background with her expertise in nutrition and nursing to promote a holistic, energizing approach to health, guided by her belief that "it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle, and your body is your greatest asset."

Brooke Orloff
Prenatal & Postpartum Doula, LC
The mind-body connection has always been at the heart of Brooke's personal and professional life. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology, she became a certified Massage Therapist, a path that naturally expanded her practice into herbalism and diverse healing modalities. As her career evolved, Brooke felt a profound pull toward birth work and women's transitions into motherhood, ultimately becoming a certified Prenatal and Postpartum Doula and Lactation Counselor. Becoming a mother herself revealed Brooke's true professional calling: supporting families through the transformative journey of parenthood. By blending her formal education and training with her own lived experience, Brooke is dedicated to helping parents care for their newborns while successfully navigating the beautiful, complex, and sometimes challenging realities of this new chapter. Brooke and her husband, Daniel, have 3 young children.
